At Chiron we use coaching and anthroposophical counseling therapies with the understanding that chronic conditions can never be successfully managed without examining our lifestyle and our inner world and addressing the emotional and mental sources of illness.

Our doctors and therapists provides a safe space for patients to talk and explore difficult feelings in a supportive and non-judgmental environment, identify stressors in daily life, and to develop effective stress reduction techniques. Ongoing stress can result in negative health outcomes, and patients are encouraged to spend time daily to de-stress and incorporate relaxation techniques into their lifestyle.
