Nutritionist

Farah Hillou is an Integrative and Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner (USA). She is a "Registered Dietitian" in Canada and the USA. Farah earned her undergraduate degree in nutrition from the University of Nottingham (UK) and her master's degree in dietetics and community nutrition from McGill University (Canada).

Farah is passionate about helping others get to the root cause of their symptoms. By looking at the body at a whole, Farah believes that addressing physiological imbalances and environmental triggers is essential to achieving optimal health and balance. Her expertise involves applying a holistic approach to address a range of health issues including: weight management, detoxification, irritable bowel syndrome, leaky gut, autoimmune conditions, thyroid issues, adrenal burn-out, chronic fatigue, hormonal imbalances, and food allergies/intolerances. Farah works with clients to help set realistic goals, and provides support and guidance throughout their journey to healing and wellness.

Farah is also adjunct faculty at Zayed University. She has been involved in academia for the past eight years, teaching a variety of clinical and public health nutrition courses. Farah has previously worked in corporate health and wellness, and continues to provide nutrition consultancy to several entities including companies and media.
