Swasthya Yoga is an adaptation of Yoga practices for people with health challenges. In this class, the teacher will prescribe specific regimens of posture, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques to suit every individual needs, maintain an optimum state of physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health.
